WA compensation from a vro

Hi. I have been issued a VRO against me which all the claims are fabricated and I can prove this ,which I am doing at the moment by contesting.
Question is there any way to claim compensation for stress, loss of income and court -lawyer fees

You can try for aggravated and exemplary damages along with lawyers costs as part of your orders but don't like your chances unless this was a particularly egregious situation.

Good thing is that it is easy to make the request for aggravated and exemplary damages and no downside to making the request. Check with your lawyer.
