Hello, this is my first question. We are involved in a third line forcing case with Quikfund since 2008. They tried to sue us in 2009 but we moved the case to Brisbane from Sydney & they never pursued it. The NSW courts closed the case. Quikfund reopened the case in 2016 using a different contract number & fabricating payments. We have a court case in Sydney 01/1. We are representing ourselves. Can we claim compensation as well as costs for all the years of harassment & financial & emotional cost as they are trying to sue us again for the same contract but they have changed the contract number? Any help would be much appreciated.

Unlikely for the previous case, it is more than 6 years ago. You can claim costs for the current action when you win.
