I have been employed part-time since early this year but still receive
a Social Security payment. Because of this I have to visit a 'job network
provider' regularly.
The job network provider has repeatedly told me that as part of the
obligations I need to meet in order to continue receiving a Social Security
payment that I must do 15 hours per week of "compulsory volunteer work"
as part of the 'work for the dole' scheme. I have written evidence.

According Social security law (1st line Eligibility criteria)

3.2.9.60 Suitable Activity - Work for the Dole | Guide to Social Security Law

This is not true as I am not receiving the full rate

So could I make a claim in the Small Claims Court to have the person who
is lying to me at the job network provider to pay me the value of the
compulsory volunteer work I have been forced to do?
