Hi. A couple of questions involving different people.
1- Sexual/indecent assault. Police say they can progress and charge the alleged offender. Warn of the process. Decided against progressing as too traumatic. 18 months later, feeling more stronger. Can the case be looked into again?
2- A physical assult. Teenages. Approx 6 months ago Followed by a death threats if reported to police from adult family members. Didn't report out of fear. The assult involved strangulation. Have photos. The violent teen is back. Can this be documented by police and kept on file, yet not acted upon. Just so there is a history kept of the incident.
