Hi Sal, so I'm guessing the ex won't agree to new orders?
How long has the child been in your care?
Do you have text messages or other evidence to show the child is living with you?

Look the child support agency will assess based on 'actual care'. The ex can disupute it, but if you have the sort of evidence I mentioned above then he will have a problem.

Sammy, this issue doesn't appear to a be child support issue, but one of Centrelink benefits.
