If someone is having an e- visitor visa for one year with three months stay on each travel, but that person has applied for a student visa onshore while on e-visitor visa and granted with a Bridging Visa A.
The Bridging Visa A grant letter says that the BVA will come into affect when e-visitor visa expires, whereas that person that has the e-visitor has another six months left and has to leave the country due to the three months condition, will that person still have to leave the country because BVA has not kicked in? Or will the BVA kick in if he does not leave the country? Will he breach his e- visitor visa condition?
