VIC Bartercard Credit Franchise Payback Issues?

Hi there. After years of struggling to have no leads or customers use our services to 'pay back' our trade account, and with terrible, inconsistent local franchise support, Bartercard wants me to pay $10k+ trade back in cash.
After no contact from Bartercard after explaining the history of my account, I heard nothing from them for approx. 4years, only to now, out of the blue, receive court documents?

I received papers from Magistrates Court of Queensland dated 9th Feb 2015 ( were hand delivered 11 March 2015) a Statement of Claim Service and Execution of Process Act 1992
a demand for payment

Who is the Plaintiff (the person asking you for money)?

if you don't then you risk a default judgement against you.
