Am I in a de facto relationship? We have been seeing each other for just over 2 years, about once or twice a week. We have ended the relationship several times but then renewed it. We have never lived together we have separate finances.
I pay for most things, meals, etc. We have only slept over at the other's house about 8 or 9 times. Their is a sexual relationship. She is still married to her previous partner although separated for well over two years. I have taken her on two short interstate holidays which I paid for.
We have no children, she has two from a previous marriage. A bottle of shampoo is all she keeps in my house, I nothing in hers. I have made it clear I don’t intend to get married to her.
