If I have a submitted an initiating application for parenting order and that interim and final orders sought has wordings along the lines "Each parent shall not travel abroad with the child without written consent of the other parent", can I apply for my child's name to be put into airport watchlist? Note that my initial directions hearing is yet to be started.
Or do I need to apply separately to court again with specific wordings, as part of "initiating application in a case" as part of my existing parenting order application?
