Im have a payment arrangement where I pay a certain amount off my fines every fortnight. Today the payment defaulted and I was sent a reminder message, I then called and paid it right away. My licence was suspended immediately when it defaulted and the suspension was lifted soon after when I corrected the payment. However there is a 2 day waiting period before I can actually drive. It's Friday which means Tuesday is when I can drive again. Is there any circumstances where this waiting period can be waived? I've driven to the country for my friends funeral. I have nobody else to drive and I need to get home.
