Hey Jaywoo.... You seem to be all over this forum for all sorts of stuff. Just wondering is any of the stuff you're in trouble about stuff you've actually done? OR are you always completely innocent?

Police broke down door and charged me with resisting request.
Resisting a request? resisting arrest? ...

In any case, it's only a statement isn't it. No detail, no question ... what are we supposed to say to that? ..... seriously!

Oh sorry for the auto correct spelling mistake. Elements ? Rights? Help or advice rather than being smartarses would be a good start.

Elements ? Rights? Help or advice
1) You resisted arrest >>> The police charged you with resisting arrest
2) You have the right of silence
3) See a lawyer

Heads up, the lawyer will want details of what actually happened... That kinda helps if you want assistance

They said i breached avo.
We said you are not allowed on property. Leave.
They said you are under arrest.
They started breaking door.
Door opened.
They grabbed me and then rammed my head into front of house.
I fell to ground.
They then had about 10 cars turn up.

1) Police have the right to enter your property in order to investigate/arrest a complaint or a person who they believe has committed an offense(breach of AVO is a criminal offense)
2) see 1 above .... No it's not the same as serving a warrant in case you're thinking of that precedent
3) For what?
4) Refusing to open a door so that an officer can carry out his duty is resisting
5) Do you have witnesses (apart from police), Dr's report of injury
