Video *may* help support a complaint of undue force (as in the allegation of slamming your head into a wall)

Not likely to mitigate the charge though, & may just support their version of events

Can you explain the difference between lawful excuse and harrassment?
As they were acting on a complaint (breach of AVO), they had a lawful excuse to be on the property & you would have done well to co-operate...refusing to even open the door was just plain silly.... That then gave them the right to take you into custody for (at the least) questioning in regard the breach... Continued refusal to co-operate means you were now resisting, which gave them lawful excuse to charge you with that & use reasonable force.

They did... to investigate a complaint of a breach.

you are responsible for your own actions. Not cooperating was stupid. It escalated. Now you have to deal with that
