VIC Arrangement in application in a case

Hi everyone,

I will have to apply application in a case due to the mother side refused to let me have contact time with my son after supervised time from the last order, even though I got positive report.

Can anyone with experience tell me if the following proposed arrangement is reasonable to the court?

Another few weeks for supervised time due to the loss time cut by the mother.

Then 4-6 weeks weekly unsupervised visit on Sunday OR 4-6 weeks alternate unsupervised Sunday

After that, each Saturday overnight pick up from afternoon then return on Sunday, plus one weekday weekly unsupervised time.

Am I being conservative on this or I can be more confident asking court for more time?

Shall I write what I want in the application and just let the court decide based on my report?

At least your Report came back as good so that is positive I guess

I will ask for their opinion but before that I just want to get some fair view from people with some kind of experience on this.

My experience is my x was in the same situation, supervised contact. There was a lot more such as a psych report. Even though after supervision the x did get unsupervised for very limited time on the weekend and needed to be supervised with a trusted person

If the mother has not stuck with the orders I would definitely go to court regarding this. Can I ask if your child is being represented re ICL
