Hello - I have been living in Victoria for 2years and driving on NSW drivers licence and then got a speeding fine in the mail, am I in trouble? Someone advised you need to change over to a Victorian licence within 3 months. If I didn't update to a Vic licence and get a speeding fine in Vic 2 years later while still having a valid NSW licence, what can happen to me? Moved to Vic 2 years ago..Thanks

That is correct for changing your licence to be issued for the state you are living in. There should be a fine for not changing your licence, I am not sure what is it or how much.
I am not sure how it is monitored for people who move interstates, I think it is if the person is fined before, this is one way. If you have not reported that you moved about 2 yrs back, then I think you are in the clear (I am not advising you to keep it quite or break the law). So pay the fine and then change your licence to a VIC licence as soon as you can.
