My ex has legal aid representation and has an avo on me. The only assets we have are the family car and all the contents of the house, totalling maybe 40k. She has been ignoring requests i made through my lawyer to her legal aid and making demands like i sign over the car before she begins to discuss what i can have. I attended mediation by she declined. i just want a few things and she can have the rest but she wont even communicate properly. Whats the best way of going about getting something happening on this? i have ditched my lawyers as they are s**t. I am currently in family court trying to get access to my daughter. Do i have to lodge something in court and if so what? Is the value not worth taking to court? Can i get an order so i can get my stuff? Any help would be appreciated. I left the house a year ago with just my clothes and havent been able to get anything since. Fighting to see my daughter has been priority

Possibly an application in a case as you already have current court case running, presumably a parenting matter.

yes the parenting matter is ongoing, perhaps i lodge an application for it to be heard alongside the parenting matters. ive forked over too much money for very little so i need to do this myself but not sure where to start
