I was prosecuted by Centrelink for 'obtain financial advantage' for the period 2006-7. Went to court in 2010, no conviction, charges dismissed. How long will this show up on a police check?

Did you plead not guilty? Or did you plead guilty and the charges were found proven and then dismissed?

I plead not guilty. The charges were proven (I didn't deny I had accumulated the debt once I found out I had one, but I plead not guilty to intent), no conviction, dismissed.

Hey Willow. I think we are currently in a similar boat judging by some of your posts on here. Feel free to reply or message me if you need support.
