I am about to apply for an overseas visa for a few years, for work purposes ( to UK). I have court orders giving me sole residency and sole parental responsibility already (since 2009), but the migration agent said it would be helpful to provide evidence that there has been no contact of any kind between child and other parent (for over 12 years now).

How do I prove the non-existence pf a relationship? Do I need to complete a statutory declaration, or have other people who know my family complete and sign one? Can the child complete and sign one? Is there some other way to prove non- contact? At this point, I have no idea where the other parent even is. I assume they are still alive only because they pay child support (through CSA).

Does your child support record show you have 100% care?
