Is making false statements in written AVO statements for hearing a crime?

Can you clarify please? If they have not signed it but their solicitor has and it states if if anything I say in this statement is untrue I will be liable for prosecution.

It is a cross application. Their side has submitted documents to court saying that they have neverassaulted me when I have video footage that shows they have. Their statement is not signed by them, but is signed by their solicitor though as the witness.
