I am reversing from a 90° off-road car park in order to leave the car park (my car is frount in)a and in trend to turn right. This means that I am reversing toward to left but not over the road center line which is white blocken broken line.Atcually the width of the road is quite large and it is impossible to reverse to another lane. Another car makes a right turn and tries to make a right angle parking next to my parking space(at my left). And we crashed. I want to know who is at fault driver.
