Thanks for the responses.

We haven't had time to address the attendance issue, will probably just leave it. The school forwarded reports and attendance information after a gentle reminder.

At this stage, she keeps demanding my partner sign a clause saying she might need to relocate again in the future because of the 5-year-old's "sick" half brother. There's an order restricting any relocation without his consent and she hates it. The text messages are becoming quite harassing also about the location inconsistencies.

She moved, so now the orders don't make sense, and she's demanding my partner fix it ASAP or she'll drive to old changeover location which is four hours away.

Crazy stuff.
