Hi.

If someone has stolen another person's ID and is using the stolen ID for various things and there is a current intervention order in place and if it can be proven the ID is stolen and if there is enough evidence to prove that the person is using the stolen ID, would the person using the stolen ID be breaking the current intervention order?

What is the person using the stolen ID to do in relation to the victims in whose favour the intervention order has been made?
