NSW Unable to Pay Credit Card Debt and Personal Loan - What to Do?

I currently have credit card debt and personal loan debt. I am unable to pay for these debts at the moment and very scared to answer my phone because the bank has been chasing me for payment.

I am not sure what the bank will do to me because I cannot pay my monthly repayment.
