NSW Personal Loan, Tax Debt, Credit Card Debt - What To Do?

    My husband has a personal loan, small tax debt and credit card debt (American Express) totalling nearly $30,000. We are pensioners. Our home is in both names, we paid only $135,000 for it, we have no other assets.

    Do we have to sell the house or can creditors force sale leaving us homeless?

    No they cant, please apply for financial hardship and they will help you
