VIC Too Late for Property Settlement If I've Been Divorced for 4 Years?

I have been divorced for about 4 years and haven't gone through property settlement. Is it too late to settle under family law?

There is a 12-month time limitation from the day of divorce to apply for a property settlement. To apply outside of this time requires leave of the court and proof that you have suffered significant financial hardship as a result of not completing a property settlement.
