Hi, My ex-wife is a narcissist. We share one child (15) and have been separated since he was 4. I had recovery orders issued against her when he was 4. Contravention orders issued against her when he was 5. She has been arrested for vandalising my car. There is history of FV from herself to myself.
4 years she obstructed contact and i have been alienated since.
Earlier this year, I was able to reconnect with our child telecommunciatively. Our child was receptive of this and it looked promising for us to have a relationship again. Ex-wife then blocked my contact from our childs phone via FamilyLink.
I then asked to be involved in childs schooling decision (following childs expulsion) and she basically threated a FVRO and sent me an email with a ChatGPT written Cease and Desist.
Note - i have her number blocked, have had no contact with her for years, still didnt aside from 6 messages and emails back and forth asking to be involved in his schooling.
Note - since she alienated and claims 100% care she gets $33k a year from me in CSA
Note - our child no longer lives with her but lives with other family, however, CSA still say she has 100% care
Note - she has never worked a day in her life, has 2 other younger children to 2 other dads, lives with her family and is getting about $95k a year in tax free CSA and Centrelink
Note - she has a high-conflict relationship with dad of 2nd child with endless court battles and has also made false claims against him
Note - she doesnt know dad of 3rd child but claimed a DV exemption from CSA to get maximum centrelink

So - I have no doubt if i try and contact our child in some way she will go and get an FVRO.

Yes - i understand I can get it removed within 21 days but i'd rather not have it at all as she will undoubtedly publicise it. This is a vindictive, manipulative woman.

Is there anything I can do to stop her getting one?

Am I best off getting one on her citing her threats, obstruction of contact, contravening court orders, alienation and history?

I am unsure yet on going back to FCWA given our childs age and i do not want our child dragged into court proceedings. I would have to self-represent too and dont have the funds. Hearing what the other dad has gone through, she wouldnt abide by orders anyway and the FCWA dont seem to care that she is the common denominator in two cases with multiple contraventions on her part.

Appreciate any advice.

Thanks
