WA Partner gave false information in FVRO Application

My partner lied in her application for an FVRO against me in both the affidavit and as shown in the court transcript. We now have a very restrictive Conduct Agreement Order which I want to have dismissed on the basis of false evidence given under oath in her original application, ie, the affidavit and the transcript. Any help would be apppreciated.

I have found that people get away with saying and claiming anything, and nothing will happen. But Judges are not dummies is my experience too. For your particular issue you need legal advice. You should have been making your objection when it was in front of the court.
