I am being charged with 17x stealing as a servant for epay vouchers with the total being $650. I have a 7-month-old baby and freaking out I'll go to jail!

I have never been in trouble before with police and have/had a clean file as this is my first offence.

I am in WA.

I'm wondering if anyone has been in the same boat or just an opinion on what I might get. I do understand that not everyone is a lawyer on this page too :)

Sentencing can vary largely based on numerous factors - There'd really be little way of giving a definite answer one way or the other. However, given the relatively low amount and the fact of no prior record,

If you did it, plead guilty.

If you are not guilty, then do not under any circumstances plead guilty
(especially, do not plead guilty "just to get it over with").

Having a lawyer assist you with submissions on sentence would be a good idea.
