hi, if any forum expert can please advise,
the tenant neighbour plays loud music and bass mostly every day between 3-6pm.
they have the windows open playing loud music, while the have air con and could close their windows still enjoy their loud music without disturbing others.
if there anything that can be done about lowering the volume?
we are owners in a townhouse complex with body corporate. we are not able to speak with these neighbours because we are not on good terms.
