Seeking legal advice . Situation is next of kin is unable to find out if his wife who passed away in 2005 had a will. WA Supreme Court has refused probate / letters of administration as they can't prove she died without a will

She has unclaimed money in a bank acc which ASIC is holding .

Is there anything the next of kin can do to claim these unclaimed monies?

He has produced death certificate, old bank statements, documents from supreme crt stating they are unable to confirm she died without a will .

Thanks
