SA Stolen Car on Car Loan - Do I Still Own It?

I brought a car from a mta dealer January this year. I had to take it in for a identity check in October which resulted in the car being seized. Police have done investigation and have said the chasis on the car is stolen but the rest is not. I have asked the dealer for my money back but that will only be the purchase price. I have car loan on the vehicle still.

Question is, since I have car loan, do I still own 90% of that vehicle after getting a refund from the dealer?

if you have more on the loan than what you get back from the dealer, then yes you would still have a car loan.

If you receive a full refund from the car dealer he gets the title back.
