4 days ago I sold my car to someone who flew down to buy the car without seeing it. After a brief inspection they paid me for the car & we filled out the notice of disposal.
Once the buyer got home they noticed that I had listed the car as a 2015 model when it’s a 2014 MY15. This was an honest mistake made by Carsales. You have the option to search the rego & doing this it populated the car as a 2015 model without me realising. I also made an ad on gumtree & Facebook marketplace. Both listed as a 2014 model.
The buyer is not happy about this & had admitted he was at fault for not checking in more depth. However, they have come back & said they want to give the car back.
What is the most likely outcome of this situation?

The buyer was also caught by a red light speed camera doing 17 over, while on their phone, with no P plates on while driving it home.
