I'm Chinese-speaking courier, I ordered two burgers at a restaurant in North Melbourne for my customer. The staff who took my order told me the food will be ready in 15 minutes, then I left the restaurant. 40 minutes later I went back to the restaurant to take the burgers, they refuse to give me because they think that the burgers were not fresh anymore, they can't let me deliver the burgers to my customer. If I still want the burgers, they will redo it but I have to pay for it again. I refuse and asked for a refund, but they refuse it and said it's my responsibility to show up on time.

The problem is when I order the burgers they didn't inform me about their "Policy", which means that I have to show up and take the burgers on time.

The worst thing is, they didn't give me the receipt, so I don't have proof of purchase. What can I do now to get my money back?
