Hi all,

I am facing an odd situation. I had two camera speeding fines (less than 10K/H) within less than a week: one on 3 Jul and 9 Jul. This happened after a traffic light, same location/intersection and in the evening. I go through that intersection 10 times a week (5 in the mornings and 5 in the evening - going to work and returning from work). I ride a two wheeler. I am very careful and I know that area is 40k speed limit. I keep to the speed limit.
I have doubt that this maybe an issue with the camera (which is a possibility) but I can not prove it and for sure I will not take that approach. I am only a human and I may have made the mistake unknowingly speeding as force of habit that the next section is a 50k speek limit. So this is what I am going with (more reasonable). I am a careful rider/driver but mistakes do happen and I had a red light camera about a year or two ago.
My question is that if I go to court - not to dispute but to ask for assistance for a caution from the court (guilty with explanation). what is the possibility that it can be achieved. I know that no one can tell the out of the court. But I am sure someone would have some experience in court that may give me some indication. The key point, although I have sped but there were no accidents or damage. I appreciate some advice and feed back on this case. The other fine before the red light camera was about 4 or 5 years ago, and it was just a mistake, not intentionally breaking the law. So practically near clean driving record.
Thanks all.
