Hello

First off i'm a brand new P1 Driver. I live in the ringwood area, the other day i was go out for a drive past ringwood ST and the speed in the area is (40) I was going past a intersection on a slant and noticed my speed was 44-45. I didn't notice a flash at all, however this happened around 1pm or so. Also I was traveling Parrael to the camera witch i think is looking at a different road

Also apparently this is a Red Light Camera

I've only just gotten my p's after a long time of work, im also a very careful driving. I just dont want to loss any Demerit points.

Is it possible the camera was able to see my speed and take a photo?

Note: i've got bad anxiety and im just having a mini break down. If somone can help me or tell me im an idiot and to relax that would be great.

Also lastly is there any other way to see if i've been flashed other than waiting 2 weeks to see if it comes in the mail?

Thank you!

Hi Les,
I doubt anyone on this forum will be able to tell you with a level of certainty that you may or may not have been caught speeding. The only advice I can give you is to try to watch your speed and jump back on here if you do get a speeding infringement. Don't stress, everyone makes mistakes. If you were less than 5 km/hr over it may not have registered. From memory speed cameras are calibrated with a small fudge factor so you might be fine.
