NSW Police records show content not presented to court Charged under assumed name and convicted

I am enquiring as to whether I can have a criminal record removed due to fact at time I was charged (using carriage service to menace, harass and offend) the name used on court documents and by police was not my legal name at the time but an assumed name?

I obtained my criminal history and this one and only charge shows under my current legal name however all charge documents and court documents are under an assumed name. I received a fine and paid it.
