WA Paying Child Support While Ex Receives Family Tax Benefit?

I have been paying child support for over a year now. The mother is on family tax benefit and receives my child support too. She is an escort as well and doesn't claim it, so she is ripping me and the system off. I have tried to prove it but not much luck. What can I do?

You could report it to the ATO... Doubt it would go anywhere though unless she is actually running an escort agency & living off the proceeds... I think it's generally accepted within the ATO that individuals are probably supporting a drug habit or are just making ends meet financially...

Which raises another question about how when & where she is servicing clients... At her home = bad. At home with children present = Very bad... Supporting a drug habit/dealing = very very bad. Perhaps that should be the main focus of concern for the welfare of your child/ren.
