VIC Ownership of motorhome

Hi Currently own a motorhome which I payed the full amount myself but it had to registered in my friends name because I don’t have a license and we had been travelling together for 14 months with her daughter as well i returned back to work and let my friend drive the bus back to Victoria and use it until she found accommodation which she has and won’t return the bus

Do you have anything that stipulates you bought the bus? a reciept of purchase? insurance?

why won't she return it?

I'm in NSW so a bit different. IN NSW you can be the registered owner of a vehicle without having a licence. I'd have a chat to Vic roads. But I think you're gonna need a lawyer.

The only proof is the cheque from the bank the bus is registered in Qld and you need a license to purchase a bus
