Hi there. I just need an opinion on the matter still under investigation by my employer but I think they are going to forward the case to the police. I have already booked my tickets for holidays way before these allegations. My question is would I be able to travel overseas while under police investigation.? Thanks in advance

I’m pretty new here too, so just adding my perspective! I had a bit of a similar situation a couple of years back where I had booked a business class trip (had been saving up for ages, found a great deal on Travel Business Class (https://travelbusinessclass.com/) right before a work issue unexpectedly popped up. I was nervous about it, but from my experience, as long as you don’t have any formal travel restrictions, you’re usually fine to go. It might be worth having a casual chat with a lawyer to get some clarity. The key is making sure you’re available if anything comes up with your case, like check-ins or updates. Definitely no fun dealing with this just before a trip!
