I have a conviction for possessing and cultivating marijuana (which I took the wrap for mt husband at the time). This was 22 years ago and I have had no convictions and a fine which was paid back then. I want to go touring into places like Canada and Dubai, but they may not give me a visa due to this record. Can I have it removed from my criminal history. I am a Registered Nurse and it comes up on my Police Checks,. I dont want it to stop me getting visas into other countries. Help please, if and how do I go about this...
