A lease was terminated due to ‘alleged objectionable behaviour’ by tenant number 1. Tenant number 2, 3 and 4 were named in the application to terminate because they are siblings and signatories to the lease even though they were not part of the ‘misbehaviour’. What are the rights of the 3 tenants, if any? Thank you.
