I’ve found myself in a bit of a pickle. The guy I was seeing for the past three months owes me money. I am from overseas and we did a bit of traveling, renting out places, going out to eat, etc.. and we had agreed to split the cost of everything. I paid for most of it since he wasn’t working a lot at the time and he told me he would pay me back multiple times. I’ve now had to go back to my home country and he still hasn’t paid me back. He’s not answering my messages and I wanna know what my legal rights are in a situation like this?
