For starters, think:
  • pre-trial. Unfair prejudicial effect on potential jurors.
  • Post trial - family law - affect on kids airing unsubstantiated accusations. Affect on one parent when claims of sexual abuse are alleged but not proven. Hard to shake claims of peodophilia.
  • Disparagement of judges - Can this bring justice in disrepute?
  • Constant questioning of decisions without having all the facts. IMO mandatory sentencing should never have been introduced. Media has the blame for this, sells advertising. Pollies did it for votes, not justice.
