Hi. It may be a bit of a 'how long is a piece of string' question but what could possible outcomes be if a person is found guilty of the following offences in a contested hearing:
1) unlawful assualt of an adult (ex partner)
2) unlawful assualt of a minor (2yo at the time)
3) multiple breaches of a FVO. Not available for a diversion as that was already used by this person in 2021/2 for other breaches.

Would such offences likely get a conviction?
Thanks

String length is unknown.

If found guilty, a conviction is all but guaranteed. Facts of the case, and propensity of the magistrate for jail time will determine sentence.
