Hello Experts,
I had a silly minor offence on 2016 when I firstly arrived on Australia. The magistrate court gave me a diversion and I successfully completed all the conditions. After then, I have already applied visa for two times and my visa has been granted without any problem. Also, my police check is clear and it shows “ No discloseable court outcome” .
Now my question is ,
I have applied for my permanent residency recently, but I haven’t declared that offence anywhere and to anyone as I did bit research and I think diversion is just recorded as a official warning and no guilt or conviction is recorded for diversion.
Also, I will be applying for Australian citizenship as Australia has been my home and I love the country.
Will that incident affect for my citizenship?
Will my pr be granted as pervious visa ??
Thanks
