A friend of mine had a traffic accident the other day where she was waiting to turn into a side street when a car hit the car behind her and forced that car to collide with the back of hers. I have knocked up a Letter of Demand for her to send through to the chap who caused the crash. He wasn't the owner of the car, only the driver. Should she send a letter to the owners insurance company too? Also, should she send a letter of demand to the driver of the car that was forced into the back of hers, or is that unnecessary as that driver couldn't do anything about being forced into the rear of her car?
