My name is Rob and I am wanting to know what possible legal ramifications are of running a lead generation website for another business are.
The said lead generation website would run under a separate ABN/ACN with the sole purpose of ranking in the search engines and generating leads/enquires from the internet and forwarding those leads to a business in the same niche with a different ABN number.
in essence, the lead generation website would act as a middle man, and would have no role in the physical the fulfillment of the order or customer interaction. In a way similar to the way AirBnb or Uber would work.
