QLD Is Wife Entitled to My Inheritance?

I am looking at divorcing my wife, however, we have a house together that I have done a lot of renovations to using my inheritance from my mother's death. Is she entitled to this money in property settlement?

I am not comfortable with her benefitting from the death of my mother (who she hated by the way). I have receipts to prove it was me who did the renovations but I am not sure if I am wasting my time.

Also, I own my car and she has her own as well. Is she entitled to half of my car? Or is that mine?

She is entitled to your inheritance.

As for the cars, unless you are driving a 100k car and her a 15k car, then I doubt it.
