Hi guys, back again...
The ex tried to say it was not relevant or current in regards to what happened between our children whilst at the FDR and still was seeking to have the girls from Friday to Sunday. .. He was quickly met with a lot of paper work etc on how and why this just cant happen and he got pretty irate.
We are booked in to go before the Judge in a few weeks. Im just wondering if you guys think the Judge would agree that its to dangerous etc given what has gone on and their dads lack of keeping them safe and understanding how serious it is etc. Im just so scared that the girls will have more happen to them :(
I was also wondering about the Austlii site- Dose it have the records of things that are going through court still or things that were sorted before trial etc? or is it only after trial that it is put on there?
Thanks all :)

This is really difficult for anyone here to comment on because we don't know what happened, so we can’t speculate on how the judge might view the situation based on what the Court has decided in previous cases.

All you can do is make your case and hope it stands up to reason.

Regarding AustLII, there’s only a selection of cases published, but usually only those determined by the Court rather than settled by consent. Matters published are the reasons for judgement and can be In relation to either interim or final orders.
