General Protection application with Form 2 outlining the grounds and remedy has been served to the respondent.
I am still a bit unclear whether a separate statement of claim needs to be submitted or will it be outlined after the first court date? I know the dates for the affidavits etc will be decided by the FCC judge at the first court date but I am not sure whether Form 2 is sufficient and no statement of claim is required.

To start with just the Form 2 and affidavit. Initial affidavit is filed with the Form 2.
