My question is
Can a overseas citizen and a Australian Permanent Resident who is facing Criminal charges in his own country and given a short validity passport for one year to travel and have been imposed conditions that he had to attend all the hearing for his criminal proceedings in overseas??. How it is legally possible for him to hold a Australian Permanent Residency Visa?. Can he apply for his Australian Citizenship with his Criminal background from overseas? And with his overseas short validity passport?? Also can he work as a Correctional Officer in Australia facing Criminal charges from overseas.
